These terms apply to epoxymeta.com and to lead generation services provided by Epoxy Meta Marketing ("Epoxy Meta").
Services
Epoxy Meta generates exclusive floor coating leads and delivers them to contractors under the lead policy and any written agreement signed with the contractor. If these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Payment
Lead packs are paid in full upfront. Leads delivered count against the pack. Replacements are handled under the lead policy.
No guarantee of results
We guarantee leads meet the lead policy. We do not guarantee that any lead becomes a customer or any level of revenue.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid for the lead pack in question.
