Privacy policy
How we handle your information.
Last updated: 2026-10-05
This policy explains how Epoxy Meta Marketing ("Epoxy Meta", "we") collects and uses information on epoxymeta.com and in our lead generation campaigns.
Information we collect
- Contractors who contact us: name, company, email, phone, service area and the details you submit in our forms.
- Homeowners and businesses who request a coating quote through our campaigns: name, phone, email, address and project details, plus confirmation of phone verification.
- Website usage data such as pages visited and referring site, collected by standard analytics tools.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls
- To deliver a homeowner's quote request to one contractor serving their area, as the homeowner requested
- To verify phone numbers and prevent fraud
- To improve our campaigns and website
Sharing
We share a homeowner's request only with the single contractor who serves their area. We do not sell personal information. We use service providers (for example CRM, SMS and email tools) that process data on our behalf.
