Lead Quality
What Counts as a Qualified Epoxy Lead?
A qualified epoxy lead is a real person who asked for a floor coating quote, gave a working phone number, and owns or manages property inside your service area. Anything less is a contact, not a lead.
What three checks should every lead pass?
| Check | How it is verified | If it fails |
|---|---|---|
| Phone verified | Homeowner enters an SMS code | Replaced free |
| Inside your territory | Address checked against your zips or radius | Replaced free |
| Asked for a quote | Explicit request for a coating quote | Replaced free |
Details are on the lead policy page.
What is a qualified lead not?
- Not a guarantee they will buy.
- Not a tire-kicker planning a year out. We only send owners who want the work done within 30 days.
- Not a lead sold to anyone else.
What extra details make a lead easier to close?
Space type, approximate size, the coating they are interested in, timeline and whether they own the property. These help you bring the right samples and decide whether to visit.
Frequently asked questions
Who decides if a lead qualifies for replacement?
The lead is checked against the three published criteria. If it fails one, it is replaced.
Can I add my own qualification questions?
Often yes, but every extra question lowers volume. Add only what changes whether you would visit.
